Cairn Active Design Ltd is a Property Information Management business.

We are a small technology company who provide a range of traditional and innovative information services.

Established in 1998, we have over 12 years experience providing Property Information services for the banking and building industries.

Our clients range from individuals to multinationals and cover a range of projects - from small one-off pieces of work to large volume, large scale projects, no project is too big or too small.

We currently manage CAD and space management data for a major bank portfolio of over 3000 properties in the UK and overseas.

Measured Building Surveys - Intelligent measured building surveys in both commercial and domestic properties, thoughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Computer Aided Design  - creation of original building plans as well as the maintenance and updating of existing plans.

CAD Plus - adapted information derived from CAD plans. By combining analytical data with computerised building plans, we produce tailored visual information and virtual tours for use in:

Space Management & Planning

Building Acquisitions and Disposals (Land Registry Compliant)

Health and Safety Compliance (such as Fire Risk Assessments)

Incident and Contingency Planning

Digital Photography and Virtual Tours - Traditional photography and photo editing (such as signage/re-branding), also virtual tours/3D immersive imagery which is used in visualisation projects.

This has proved to be particularly relevant to non-Building clients including the bank, law firms, estate agents and other associated professions.
