Established in 1998, we provide a wide range of traditional and innovative services in Edinburgh and throughout the UK.

Building Surveys—intelligent measured building surveys in both commercial and domestic properties.

Computer Aided Design (CAD)—creation of original building plans as well as the maintenance and updating of existing plans.

CAD Plus—by combining analytical data with computerized building plans, we produce tailored visual information and virtual tours for use in:

           Space Planning

           Building Acquisitions and Disposals (Land Registry Compliant)

           Health and Safety Compliance (such as Fire Risk Assessments)

           Incident and Contingency Planning

Photography—Traditional photography as well as photo editing (such as signage/rebranding) and virtual tours/3D immersive imagery which is used in visualization projects.
